0280100025 NEW MAP Manifold Pressure Sensor Fits Mercedes 250CE

The 0280100025 manifold pressure sensor provides the ECU with an intake manifold vacuum-dependent electrical signal to indicate engine load, which significantly influences fuel metering. The analog electrical signal in the sensor varies as the intake manifold vacuum changes the compression of the two connected pressure capsules (aneroids). The aneroids expand and contract as a function of the balance between manifold vacuum and atmospheric pressure.
