The fuel injection cold-start valve supplies additional fuel to help overcome fuel condensation and increased friction during engine startup in cold weather. Working in series with the thermo-time switch, the valve creates an atomized swirl mixture that is injected directly into the intake manifold plenum. Designed and manufactured by Bosch, it offers high reliability and durability in the fuel injection system.
