0280100112 NEW Bosch Manifold Pressure Sensor Fits Mercedes 450

The pressure sensor provides the ECU with an intake manifold vacuum-dependent electrical signal to indicate load, which significantly influences fuel metering. The analog electrical signal in the sensor varies as the intake manifold vacuum changes the compression of the two connected pressure capsules (aneroids). The aneroids expand and contract as a function of the balance between the manifold vacuum and atmospheric pressure.
