Volvo Bosch 0280100035 Manifold Pressure Sensor Fits 1800

The Bosch 0280100035 manifold pressure sensor provides the ECU with an intake manifold vacuum-dependent electrical signal to indicate engine load, which significantly influences fuel metering. The analog electrical signal in the sensor varies as intake manifold vacuum changes the compression of the two connected pressure capsules (aneroids). The aneroids expand and contract as a function of the balance between manifold vacuum and atmospheric pressure.
